The Desert Valley Medical Group Women's Health Department in Victorville is comprised of a devoted team of physicians and staff that is dedicated to offering all the health care services a woman requires at every stage of her life. Dr. Maryam Zand and Dr. Rex McDaniel lead a staff that provides comprehensive care for all age groups of women.
Obstetrics: The Women’s Health Department offers genetic counseling and fetal diagnosis and treatment of postpartum depression as well as general obstetrical and high-risk pregnancy care. Special Needs: We offer specialized medical care for diseases which often affect women, including arthritis and auto-immune diseases, asthma and allergic diseases, cardiac disease, infertility, incontinence, and diabetes. |

Primary Care: This service offers routine gynecological exams and Pap smears, breast health (including mammography), menopause care, treatment of premenstrual syndrome, contraception and reproductive choice, treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, diet and fitness, preventive health care, and immunizations.
